Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a very clean food plant with 15 workers on the production floor. You will initially work with one individual for the first couple of weeks, eventually collaborating with everyone during cleanup. Proper PPE (Hair Net, Beard Net, Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs, Coat) and steel-toe boots are required. Waterproof shoe covers and coats are provided during cleaning. The factory is thoroughly cleaned at the end of each shift. Candidates must be comfortable with the smell of cheese and the possibility of getting wet.
