pureIntegration is looking for a Customer Experience Senior Business Analyst who is results and business oriented to develop detailed business case/ROI for 2022 planning.
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Remote)
Overview: Seeking a resource to assist in the development of internal business justification to help secure FY 2022 internal budget.
Responsibilities
Work primarily with CDX Group Director to understand vision, business objectives and desired outcomes of 2022 planned initiatives
Facilitate cross functional and organizational meetings with appropriate stakeholders to:
Gather information with the intent to understand business objectives, initiatives and desired outcomes
Gather requirements for future capabilities, identify must have/need to have/nice to have to drive prioritization.
Employ thought leadership to the planning process - apply knowledge to think creatively about approaches regarding new revenue streams and opportunities, prompt relevant questions and provide value added suggestions to the client.
Develop detailed ROI model for current and future capabilities to include a prioritized roadmap to achieve maximum value on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
Experience building ROI models and prioritization roadmaps.
Strong analytical, accounting, and advanced excel skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: needs analysis, positioning, business case justification
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working with ambiguity.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
