Look after to make sure that the CRM plan is executed on schedule and within budget
Maintain clear communications to the customer that are vital to their needs and life stage
Set up take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
Coordinate weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
Deliver more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
Work jointly with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to build up the customer journey & experience
Inaugurate, initiate, shape, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions
Supervise a team of digital specialists as well as direct the digital strategy Requirements - Less than one year of experience required
Strong knowledge in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
A harmonious mix of skill, management experience and initiative
Proficient multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
Strong familiarity with documentation
Foundational knowledge in Best Practices
Solid understanding of strategic planning
Marketing experience
Hands-on experience with Metric Reporting
Earlier work involving Workstation Support
Proven knowledge of training
Reporting experience preferred
Skills in implementation
Well-founded grasp of operations
Solid understanding of Integration
Communication experience desired
Strong familiarity with HTML
Wide ranging experience with project management
Practical knowledge of Budget Processes
Experience with CRM
Campaign Planning experience required
Good understanding of Vendors
Previous experience working with Troubleshoot

Prior experience with Optimization
