As an operations management trainee you will be responsible for successfully completing our 6-month paid leadership training program. During this time you will gain a thorough knowledge of our products, business processes, technical aspects of elevators, and managerial skills related to our either our Service and Repair or New Installation line of business.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are driven by teamwork, view customers as your top priority, and want to accelerate your Operations career, then the TKE Operations Management Training Program is for you. Upon successful completion of our training program graduates move into Associate Superintendent roles in Service and Repair or New Installation and then progress to a Superintendent role. Our graduates are poised to become the future leaders of TK Elevator.Relocation within a predefined Area may be required at the successful completion of the Training Program.Training Overview

2 months in Atlanta at our Regional Business Support Center (North American Headquarters)

Safety, Sustainability, Elevator Bootcamp, and Operating Procedures

Overviews of Human Resources and IT systems; skills development

4 months at a Training Host Branch (on the job training, job shadowing, Subject Matter Expert seminars)

Line of business specialized training, safety protocols, cross-functional management

Financials, labor relations, customer centric approach, and business analyticsSuperintendent Overview

Lead operations in a defined geographic area in an efficient and cost effective manner

Visit job sites, conduct quality audits, assist mechanics, and facilitate safety trainings

Provide support to the sales team and other lines of business

Associate Degree and/or 4 years of field service or construction related industry experience; or military service or law enforcement experience

Willingness to relocate at the completion of the training program
