Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry. Based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this role involves managing medium to large scale enterprise-wide projects, implementing software and enterprise applications, and publishing metrics reporting, among other tasks.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee medium to large scale enterprise-wide projects. Mobilize resources from different teams and define project structure and milestones. Monitor project activity and establish release guidelines and controls. Implement software and enterprise applications that enhance staff productivity and efficient business operations. Publish metrics reporting, status, and dashboards, and organize periodic review meetings. Ensure compliance with audit requirements, SOX, and operational controls. Develop and obtain approval for the project scope, objective, and related time schedules. Develop contingency plans, risk mitigation strategies, and manage issue logs. Act as a liaison with other functional/technical teams for all project activity. Assist with selecting methodology and documentation standards for the project team.Requirements Applicant must have a solid understanding of and experience with CRM systems. Demonstrated proficiency in database management is required. Familiarity with budget processes is essential. Prior experience with change management is necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Knowledge of Waterfall methodology is needed. Familiarity with Waterfall Agile is a plus. PMI certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Experience in Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry is a significant advantage. The ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively is crucial. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, Master's degree is preferred. Professionalism and a strong work ethic are required.
