Senior Product Manager

Lead product management activities across multiple parallel product streams in executing a multi-year roadmap to transform the company’s order management and invoicing system, document processing capabilities, customer experience, and service management platform. Serve as a management focal point for this strategic initiative, driving alignment and collaboration across Clean Earth’s business and operations, IT teams, and strategic partners. Own the successful delivery of the program across its various phases, ensuring the product vision is realized, business objectives are met, and key stakeholders are kept informed. Lead a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure the product roadmap is effectively executed, while prioritizing critical features, mitigating risks, and driving innovation throughout the lifecycle of the program.Lead Multiple Product Streams: Oversee and take full ownership of multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery. Manage and prioritize the product roadmap for each stream, balancing short-term deliverables and long-term goals. Report progress and outcomes to the Director of Product Management.Strategic Vision & Leadership: Collaborate closely with Program Sponsors, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to define the strategic direction and business priorities for the product portfolio. Drive product vision, goals, and strategy across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. Regularly update the Director of Product Management on key milestones, risks, and decisions.Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure your team is aligned with business goals and empowered to take ownership of their respective product areas. Work closely with the Director of Product Management to ensure that team members are supported in their growth and development.Define and Communicate MVP: Work with Product Owners and Program Sponsors to facilitate the creation of product visions, goals, and MVP definitions. Provide expert guidance on what constitutes a minimal viable product and drive consensus across teams to ensure alignment and approvals. Keep the Director of Product Management informed of MVP scope and any significant changes.Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and manage detailed product roadmaps and timelines, considering strategy, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, and staffing needs. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to prioritize features and capabilities, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and follow-up. Align with the Director of Product Management on prioritization decisions and major roadmap adjustments.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (including IT, Marketing, Operations, and Change Management) to ensure seamless execution of product strategies. Communicate product goals, risks, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Maintain strong collaboration with the Director of Product Management for strategic alignment.Process & Risk Management: Take full ownership of product execution, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution. Manage scope and change requests, coordinating with the PMO and other stakeholders to evaluate the impact of changes on scope, schedule, and budget. Regularly report on risk mitigation and issue resolution to the Director of Product Management.UAT & Quality Assurance: Lead the planning and facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT) across product streams, ensuring traceability to original requirements. Work with IT and SMEs to validate that product features meet business and customer needs before launch.Launch & Implementation: Oversee the launch of new products and features, ensuring smooth rollouts across business units. Manage the cutover plans, communication strategies, and post-launch support, including training, hypercare, and troubleshooting.Performance & Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other product metrics to evaluate success and guide continuous improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and ensure ongoing alignment with business goals. Provide regular reports on product performance to the Director of Product Management.Documentation & Reporting: Lead the creation and management of product documentation and knowledge management resources. Ensure all relevant project artifacts, tools, and templates are utilized to track progress, decisions, and next steps. Provide comprehensive reports on product performance and key metrics to the Director of Product Management.Industry Best Practices: Drive the adoption and implementation of best practices in product management, project governance, and change management. Ensure that all product initiatives adhere to established frameworks and processes for effective execution.Leadership in Product Execution: Take ownership of the overall product delivery and results, driving initiatives to successful outcomes. Act as a strategic leader for your product streams, ensuring alignment across teams and empowering your team to meet key milestones and deliverables. Report major achievements and challenges to the Director of Product Management to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.Occasional Travel: Travel as required to visit Clean Earth facilities and collaborate with teams on-site.Other Responsibilities: Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management to ensure successful product development and execution.

  • Summary This position is located in Region I, Division of Radiological Safety & Security, Decommissioning, ISFSI & Reactor Health Physics Branch. The supervisor is Anthony Dimitriadis, Branch Chief. This position is subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure and Security Ownership Restriction reporting requirements. Responsibilities The successful candidate will serve as a senior inspector to lead, plan, conduct, report and integrate violations and findings associated with radiation protection inspection of Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations (ISFSI), operating light water reactor facilities, inspections of decommissioning reactors and/or materials facilities, in accordance with the NRC inspection manual. You may also perform and coordinate radiological and environmental protection licensing of varied facilities using byproduct, source and/or special nuclear materials. Investigates and evaluates the most difficult occurrences with radiological safety significance. Such duties include but are not limited to: 1. Performs a wide variety of lead duties associated with planning, conducting and leading challenging or routine inspections of ISFSI programs and radiation protection programs at operating reactor facilities and decommissioning reactor facilities. 2. Prioritizes safety and compliance issues, and initiates enforcement action when inspection findings indicate a significant violation of the NRC rules and regulations or license conditions. 3. Prepares individual reports and coordinates team reports of inspection findings to document whether the facility is being operated safely and/or in accordance with the requirements. 4. Performs miscellaneous technical and administrative duties in support of the materials licensing and regional inspection programs. 5. Serves as a mentor and coach in the development of new inspectors, providing guidance and facilitating knowledge transfer of critical knowledge and skills to new employees and inspectors undergoing the qualification process. Qualification under any appendix in Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 1245, 1246 or 1248 is required. Additional qualification under IMC 1246 App B3 is preferred. Additional Information The duty location of this position is King of Prussia, PA. In general, employees are expected to be in the office at a minimum of 4 days per pay period. Telework schedules are approved on a case-by-case basis. If selected, telework will be determined in accordance with Agency policy and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
