The Inside Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The individuals in the role must be comfortable discovering new opportunities through the phone or email, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.This position is designed to develop people to grow within the company as an outside sides rep, account manager, manager etc Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):· Directly source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. leads through inbound website leads, inbound calls, customer referrals, construction site databases. Business is booming and we need more people to follow up on current and incoming leads· Make outbound cold-delete calls and emails to prospective business partners· Obtain detailed information on customer needs and requirements· Work closely with channel partners to maintain, grow, and share best practices· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure· Work within CRM system to turn generation leads into business partners· Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor
