Operate a material handler equipped an electro magnet, grapple, and/or bucket.Responsibilities:Responsible for scrap inspection as it is being loaded.Inspects the material handler for defective parts and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctions.Operates mobile equipment as needed.Communicates and directs co-workers through two-way radio and hand signals.Assist maintenance with cleaning on down days.occasionally work overtime and weekends as needed
