Accounting Manager
Leola, PA
Oversee the Accounting Department of Swing Kingdom and Atlas Molding (sister companies)
Assume responsibility for various financial activities, including Accounts receivable, accounts payable, maintenance of our cash position, and banking relationships (as needed)
Perform overall Accounting oversight – ensuring that data is being entered correctly and that Financial Statements are accurate
Ensure our accounting systems are clean and accurate
Ensure that weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting tasks are completed on schedule (Reconciling accounts, month-end close, journal entries, audit preparation, interacting with auditors, spreadsheets, and analytics).
Stay current on tax, financial, and reporting regulations and best practices
Provide accurate financial reports to our Leadership Team to allow them to make long-term, strategic decisions
Improve and maintain financial systems in an environment of rapid growth

Our Ideal Accounting Manager
Experienced: 3 years of accounting experience or Bachelors's Degree in Accounting. Ability to generate and understand financial reports
Computer Savvy: Skilled in navigating Excel. Able to type 40+ words per minute. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Accurate: Looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Analytical: Able to review the numbers, observe trends, make recommendations, and understand how to use numbers to inform business decisions.
Problem Solver: Solution-focused problem solver. When confronted with obstacles, collaborates with multiple teams to identify the best path forward.
