We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Amusement Route Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our route.
Job Overview:
The Amusement Route Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and cash management of amusement machines across multiple locations. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a small team. The ideal candidate will ensure all machines are functioning properly, manage cash collections, handle minor repairs, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of amusement machines across various locations.
Supervise, train, and schedule route technicians and other staff members.
Perform machine inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
Collect, reconcile, and deposit cash from machines according to company
procedures.
Analyze machine performance and adjust routes or placements to optimize
revenue.
Maintain detailed logs of machine performance, cash flow, and any repairs or
maintenance.
Interact with customers to resolve service issues and ensure a positive
experience.
Report machine malfunctions and manage third-party repair services as needed.
Monitor inventory levels of prizes and supplies and ensure machines are
properly stocked.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in managing amusement routes, vending machines, or similar equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electronic equipment.
Cash handling experience and the ability to reconcile financial reports.
Proficiency in using route management software and diagnostic tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in arcade, vending, or ATM machine operations.
Technical certification in mechanical or electrical repair.
Customer service experience.
