A replacement coach is needed for Lancaster & New Holland flag football teams on Saturdays only. We teach the very basic fundamentals and training is provided but must have background in the sport. Perfect seasonal job for college students, athletes and current or former youth coaches.
This is a very fun and rewarding opportunity to help teach youth basic sports skills while promoting physical activity. Must be available every Saturday beginning September 28th. Season runs for 6 consecutive Saturdays.
Pays $25 per hour. We also need volunteer assistant coaches who would like to help out and build your coaching experience.
If you have a desire to start or continue with coaching youth sports, this is a great program to start with. Most of the coaches who have helped with this program now coach at the midget, middle school and high school level.
