We are in need of a Roofing & Siding Foreman.
This full-time position is perfect for someone with general knowledge of roofing systems and who can install a repair plus manage and supervise a crew to ensure project completion. They will ensure manpower, supervise, train and monitor that projects stay within the allotted budget. The ideal candidate can not only prioritize jobs but also ensure that his team is trained and adhering to the most safety conscious work routine. The full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for some who are motivated to work 45-55 hours a week. Responsibilities
Define tasks, assign staff, and develop schedules
Determine the project scope and goals
Directly assigned projects, ensuring successful completion
Implement quality assurance procedures
Lead project planning and implementation
Monitor and report on progress
Take corrective action when needed
Manage a supervise more men
Maintain safety policy
Education
Associate's Degree
Bachelor's Degree
College Diploma
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Qualifications
Previous experience in project management
Professional Project Management Professional certification
