Providing individual and group counseling for Grades K-4 students
Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive school environment
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback for improvement
Support students in setting academic goals, resolving conflicts, and overcoming personal challenges
Elementary School Counselor Requirements:
School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all ages
Master's Degree in school counseling or a related field
3+ years of School Counselor experience highly preferred
ValidPDE School Counselor or Educational Specialist PK-12 Certificate required
