Essential Functions:
Troubleshoots production and facility process control equipment
Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces electro-mechanical and steam control equipment
Provides new functioning control and automation solutions based on functional descriptions (modifications to current system, or new equipment installations)
Modifies PLCs and HMI panel logic to meet changing needs
Works with vendors to obtain information and pricing on equipment
Keep current with the daily production schedule, objectives, and urgent needs
Participate in daily meetings, communicate and execute follow up action items
Participates in Continuous Improvement Process
Openings available on both 2nd and 3rd shift:2nd shift: 3:00p - 11:00pm3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00amPay:$30-35/hr based upon experienceDesired Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment
Ability to read complex blueprints or drawings and use a wide variety of tools or precision measuring instruments
Ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical and mechanical equipment failures
Knowledge of and ability to maintain and modify PLC systems, process controls, HMI panels
Strong understanding of preventative or predictive maintenance
Advanced mechanical aptitude
Lock out-tag out and industrial safety knowledge
