Managing the profitable operation of a retail store with emphasis on recruiting, hiring, training and developing store associates in both operations and merchandising

Performing all opening and closing procedures

Implementing all operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from the Store Support Center

Maintaining a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and proper display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers

Assisting in the realization of your store's maximum profit contribution

Protecting all company assets

Maintaining a high level of good customer service

Creative problem solving in the areas of:

Associate Development

Maximizing Sales Potential

Controlling Expense and Shrink

Merchandise Display

Store Signage Placement

What we need from you:

Must possess minimum 3 years prior retail management experience

Background in dealing with hardlines or variety merchandise, BIG BOX experience a plus

Strong productivity management ability in freight processing

Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills

Ability to work in a high-energy team environment

Caseload management duties are undertaken to ensure that support is paid, collected, and disbursed to the legally designated parent or caretaker. Clearly communicates program scope and responsibilities, support order parameters and expectations, and relevant case information to both the support obligor (payor) and obligee (payee). Reminds and motivates payors to make full and timely support order payments, as required by law. Works with support obligors to identify barriers to payment, while also connecting them with appropriate resources, in an effort to overcome their payment obstacles and secure stable employment and support order compliance. Responsibilities include managing child support cases utilizing the Ohio Office of Child Support\'s SETS computer system database. If collection techniques, including working with employers to establish wage withholdings, prove unsuccessful, the Enforcement Case Manager may initiate administrative enforcement actions on qualified cases and legal enforcement referrals to in-house Attorneys on others. Duties also include corresponding with customers to process changes in address, phone number, medical insurance, and employment. 25% Proactive customer service and follow-up is essential via frequent and professional communication, both written and oral, with obligors, obligees, attorneys, court staff, and employers. 10% Attend workgroup meetings, staff meetings, and trainings as required. Testify in court as necessary. Qualifications Completion of two years of technical training or undergraduate major core coursework in criminology, social work, psychology, or a related field. Or two years of experience in performing child support functions that included conducting investigations to locate absent parents, establishment of paternity, and enforcement of child support orders. Or one course or six months experience in interviewing techniques, one course or six months experience in business math, one course or six months experience in criminal investigations, one course or six months experience in case preparation techniques, one course or six months experience in criminal courts proceedings, one course or six months experience in techniques of writing, and one course in typing, keyboarding, or word processing.
