Manages one direct report and reports to VP of Procurement.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities

Manages an annual spend of $80M

Works with Executive Leadership team to drive long term strategies for Graham’s extensive real estate requirements. Evaluates our global footprint to drive value and create plans to maximize our ability to meet customer needs, while minimizing our footprint and cost structure.

Works with Legal for contract negotiations.

Works hand in hand with our real estate broker to issue RFP’s for new plants, warehouses, and temporary storage agreements.

Responsible for identifying and implementing cost savings that drive EBITDA improvement.

Manages and trains team that evaluates and selects new suppliers; issues RFPs, negotiates contacts for corporate services.

Responsible to set the yearly budget and work with finance to ensure proper forecasts of our annual real estate costs for all locations.

Hosts quarterly presentations with BU presidents and their team to ensure short and long term real estate needs are met.

Build, maintain and grow effective relationships across key leader and stakeholders in the business.

Manages supplier facing issues related to Cost, Quality, Delivery

QualificationsJob Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field preferred.

Five years progressive related work experience. Sourcing, legal, supply management, project management or process & quality experience required. Professional Services experience preferred.

Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate concisely at all levels inside and outside the company

Strong ability to lead, communicate and act in a multicultural and cross-functional environment

Action oriented with proven track record of achieving business goals

Team builder, motivator and team player

Strategic thinker; uses creative and innovative problem solving approach to achieve Key Success Factors

High personal and professional integrity

Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations. Familiarity with the essentials of contracting and common contract terms, structures, and definitions.

Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage deadlines.

Project Management experience and skills preferred.

Ability to travel 10% or as required

The standard compensation for this role is $93,200 - $134,600. Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors.Compensation StatementThe expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States.
