We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Systems Process Engineer - BeverageThe Systems Process Engineer supports the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of material management systems to enhance inventory and production processes in a beverage manufacturing environment. This role leverages SQL and data visualization tools to maintain the efficient flow of materials, resolve system issues, and implement configuration changes as needed. The Systems Process Engineer collaborates across departments, ensuring system integrity, performing root cause analysis, and helping to deploy system enhancements. This role focuses on technical problem-solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: ERP and WMS System Management: Assist in managing ERP and WMS systems to support and optimize inventory operations for inbound and outbound processes. Conduct system configurations, generate reports, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. Utilize SQL for data extraction and report creation. Collaboration and Technical Support: Work with inventory teams, department managers, and corporate partners to ensure system processes align with production schedules and resource utilization. Provide technical support and system troubleshooting as needed. Training and System Support: Help train team members on effective system use and best practices. Provide ongoing system support, assisting with troubleshooting and addressing any technical issues. System Enhancements Deployment: Assist in the deployment of system upgrades and enhancements related to inventory management and WMS. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, including user training and system integration into daily operations. Root Cause Analysis: Assist in conducting root cause analysis for system issues related to inventory and WMS operations. Support corrective actions and work closely with IT and operations to implement long-term solutions. Liaison with Engineering Teams: Support communication between the plant and Systems Engineering teams, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs. Assist in the review and improvement of processes and system designs. Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring plant inventory for accuracy and integrity. Help address discrepancies and support process optimization through data-driven insights and collaboration. Batching Kit Oversight: Support the management of batching kits within WMS and EBS systems, ensuring accurate tracking of components and maintaining availability for production needs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing data related to inventory and warehouse operations. Generate custom reports and dashboards using business intelligence and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights. Oracle Transaction Management: Execute Oracle transaction activities, ensuring accurate data entry and addressing discrepancies promptly with the guidance of the Systems Process Manager. Manhattan WMS Utilization: Utilize Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and update inventory, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining inventory integrity.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Minimum Qualifications:

2 Years - Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field

2 Years – Experience in Position

Experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Preferred Qualifications:

4 Years – Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field, within a beverage or food processing environment.

4 Years – Experience working in Position

2 Years – Experience managing people/projects

Experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Additional Skills:

Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Education

Minimum Required:

Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Certification/License:

Required: Forklift Certification

Preferred: Forklift certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Certification, Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Foreign Language
