Position Summary: The Technical Support Specialist manages communication between assigned technical groups and project management staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Technical CommunicationReviews emails from project management team and works with lab staff to respondJob TrackingReview shipping status and due dates for incoming ICO jobs. Work with ICO Project Management to address as needed.Reviews production summary for assigned departments daily and provides status updates to ICO Project ManagementAssist management with identifying issues early and addressing themRecords upcoming projects in department tracking spreadsheet.OtherAssists with any other tasks as assignedDemonstrates and promotes the company visionRegular attendance and punctualityAttend meetings within the laboratoryCross-training and/or assisting other departmentsAdditional duties as assigned Role is M-F, 8am-5pm
