We are looking for a dish/prep cook and a garde manger (cold apps with occasional dishwashing) with availability for 3 weekend evening shifts/week (Fri/Sat/Sun, 2pm - 10pm each evening).
GARDE MANGER REQUIREMENTS:
-Professional and respectful team player with integrity and a great work ethic
-Prior restaurant prep experience (preferably fine dining)
-Humble, positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn
-Good knife skills, ability to make uniform cuts
-Work clean, be organized, and efficient
-Use/understand FIFO method; Serv-safe certification a plus
-Passion for higher quality food. Willing to try and taste everything, and be familiar with exotic spices and ingredients
-Excellent communication/listening skills
-Punctual, dependable and a hard-working team player
-Knowledge of pastry a plus but not required
DISH/PREP REQUIREMENTS:
