About the Role
As our Live-In Innkeeper, you'll primarily engage with guests on weekends, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. You'll reside on-site in a comfortable loft apartment within the hotel. Key responsibilities include:
Guest Experience: Providing exceptional service to our weekend guests, from check-ins to promptly addressing any needs.
Morning Service: Preparing and serving delightful breakfasts for our weekend guests.
Property Upkeep: Maintaining the immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, alongside light custodial duties to keep our historic property pristine.
On-Call Availability: Being ready to handle unexpected situations or guest requests with a composed and unflappable approach.
