We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our rockstar snow removal team for the Mount Joy/Lancaster/Reading area. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' properties during the winter season and bringing holiday cheer through beautiful light displays. We are looking to add to our seasonal labor team, including sidewalk laborers, plow truck drivers, and construction equipment operators. This is a seasonal ON-CALL position.

Perks and Benefits:
Pay range: $18.00-$35.00 depending on experience and efficiency.( Pay is based on hourly plus commission bonus).
End of season bonus is available!

Responsibilities:
Operate snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas.
Utilize power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, and entrances using snow plows or other mechanical means.
Proficient in operating power tools and equipment for snow removal and light installation.
Knowledge of snow plowing techniques and best practices.
Ability to maintain and repair snow removal equipment.
Requirements:
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in cold weather conditions. Snow shoveling and light installation can be physically demanding, so applicants should be prepared for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of outdoor work.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must have a valid PA Driver's License.
