We are seeking an experienced automotive buffer to join our team. We are a detailed-oriented shop that has been in business for 34 years. We are seeking someone who is interested in growing professionally, as well as someone that is a skilled buffer!
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vehicle buffing, degreasing, polishing, and paint correction with a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. Additionally, we are looking for someone with leadership potential who is interested in growing in a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional buffing, polishing, and paint correction on a variety of vehicles.
Maintain high-quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Properly handle and maintain tools, equipment, and detailing products
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines
Oversee shop operations as needed, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer interactions
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2. years of professional automotive buffing experience
Expertise in paint correction, polishing, and detail products
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
Leadership skills or interest in stepping into a managerial role in the future
Excellent communication
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
