Are you a skilled Job Foreman with a passion for helping others? Independent Home Solutions is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team! We specialize in making homes accessible for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they can live comfortably and independently in their own spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bathroom remodels to enhance functionality and safety.
- 80% of what we do is swapping out tubs for 5 piece fiberglass walk in showers
- Ensure all installations and renovations meet safety standards and client specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven handyman skills with experience in remodeling and installation.
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Simple Plumbing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Drive company vehicles
