Role Description
Skilled Construction Laborer
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our construction team. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks including site prep, material handling, and assisting with general construction work. Applicants should be able to safely drive trucks with trailers or willing to learn. Operate skid & forklifts is a plus.

Job Summary:
The Skilled Laborer plays a key role in supporting daily construction operations through a variety of hands-on tasks. Could be on project site, business laydown yards Or office as needed. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment. Responsibilities include assisting with site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and general construction duties as required. The ideal candidate is dependable, holds a valid driver license, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to quality workmanship on every project.

Qualifications:
1–3 years of relevant construction experience, including field coordination or internships.
Highly motivated and capable of mobile workday across multiple job sites if needed.
Strong ability to communicate effectively.
Have attention to detail and uderstand daily scope.
Reading construction drawings or willing to learn.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, levels, lasers and tape measures and performing task accurately with these tools.
OSHA 10 certified or willing to become certified
Valid driver’s license, ability to pull trailers as needed
