Kautz Construction, which has been in business for over 40 years, is looking for an experienced commercial and residential roofer and service technician. The primary job will be as our Roof Service Technician, but in between service calls, you will be part of our production team on the roof.

Salary range - $24-$30 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and repair problem areas on a roof
- Communicate with customers on work completed
- Document roof conditions and submit the gathered information to the GM
- Install EPDM, TPO, PVC, Shingles and Metal Roofs
- Maintain conditions necessary for a customer to retain their roof warranty
- Follow OSHA guidelines
Successful candidates should have:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing installation experience.
- Commercial roofing experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC and Shingles - installing and repairing
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Be reliable, team-oriented, and punctual with good attendance records.
- Agree to a pre-employment drug screen.
- Committed to flexible schedules (early start time (5:00-7:00 am), overtime, and out-of-town projects, when necessary).
