Star Dental and Columbia Dentoform, DENTALEZ companies, are seeking a hands-on Site Leader to join their team in Lancaster, PA. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing all aspects and functions of their manufacturing facility and must have a vision for the desired future state of the business unit and commitment to attain it.

Total Competitive Compensation: $135,000-$160,000/year

Qualifications:
5+ years of management experience within precision instruments manufacturing/production environment; experience in plastics/molding or FDA regulated environment a plus.
Lean manufacturing experience with exposure to Six Sigma required; certification preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field preferred

Job responsibilities:
Responsible for safety, quality, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, cost improvement, and employee engagement at the manufacturing facility
Oversee all manufacturing and support operations to ensure production meets the required deadlines, quality standards, and is completed within the operational budget
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and customer service to provide best in class products, service, and response
Lead in the development of a problem-solving culture
Champion continuous improvement efforts by finding root causes, issuing corrective actions, and implementing refined operating processes
