We take pride in our commitment to provide personal and quality legal services to all of our clients and we are seeking a self-motivated individual to provide high level daily support to attorneys in our Family Law Practice Group. The ideal candidates will take pride in their work and strive for continuous improvement. Applicants should be detail oriented and motivated to learn and grow in a fast paced environment. You will work primarily with family law clients but may also be required to help with other areas of practice. Law firm experience or paralegal training preferred.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

• Tech-savvy and able to think proactively and creatively about the use of technology within the Family Law Practice Group.

• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and assimilate new systems and information.

• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment. Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft applications; experience with Worldox and practice management systems a plus.

• Ability to always maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to multi-task and achieve progress on several tasks or initiatives at once.

• Excellent customer service skills and proper phone etiquette are required.

• Knowledge of basic office practices, procedures and equipment.

• Work well with little supervision, ability to prioritize work independently and pay close attention to detail.
