The Marketing Coordinator focuses on attracting prospective homebuyers by promoting the Garman brand through marketing and advertising across all Garman companies. Responsibilities include:
Execute the marketing/ advertising plan within budget, proactively recommending adjustments to plan and incentives to align with current market conditions
Through preparation, presentation & coordination, effectively implement all aspects of the company’s online and offline marketing plans, following data-driven marketing strategies
Coordinate and take care of the day-to-day marketing needs for all Garman divisions, including sales & neighborhood flyers, Garman products, signage, etc.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and creative, have strong graphic design and social media savvy and be able to juggle both short- & long-term projects well. Requirements include:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
2-5 years relevant marketing experience
Current working knowledge of construction preferred, but not required
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, general marketing software, and social media
CRM experience preferred, willingness to learn CRM is required
Demonstrated marketing, product and merchandising acumen, including an understanding and awareness of customer and buyer psychology
Ability to analyze data and make fact-based recommendations
Passionate about serving the needs of the organization, and leading “from behind” in a strategic capacity
