Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering Phones – Assisting Customer with the following:
o Setting up New Customers
o Creating Work Orders for Estimates
o Creating Call Log Work Orders
o Directing Calls as Applicable
o Taking Credit Card Payments
Creating Generator Packets
Lead on Sales and Quotes Email
o Tracking All Inquiries for Marketing
Supporting Estimators
Assistance with Accounting
o Weekly Metric Reporting
Office Organization and Cleanliness
Supply Ordering
Other Duties as Assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications - word, excel.
Adaptive to different computer applications.
Organized and neat.
Excellent communication with customers. Communicating clearly and fully engaging to make them comfortable, understand and ensure satisfaction.
Ability to work as a team member.
Acceptance and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Punctual, being on time. It is imperative we are prompt and on time to all scheduled customer appointments.
Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last 24 months.
Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
