We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Product Specialist to join our team and help customers find their perfect Hyundai vehicle! As a Product Specialist, you’ll play a key role in educating customers about our exciting lineup of Hyundai cars and providing excellent customer service during their car-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best Hyundai vehicle options.
Conduct product presentations and test drives.
Answer customer questions and provide detailed information about Hyundai models, features, and pricing.
Assist customers in the buying process and help close sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai products, promotions, and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Requirements
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Enthusiastic about cars, especially the Hyundai brand.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be able to work on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate.
