Lancaster Farming is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Advertising Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for selling advertising space in Lancaster Farming, its special sections, and online platforms. You will engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, fax, internet, mail, and in-person counter sales. Additional duties include providing sales support, delivering excellent customer service, and handling clerical tasks essential to the daily operations of the newspaper. Essential Job Functions:Effective communication and persuasive skills in oral, written, email sales presentations; demonstrate a good command of the language and a working knowledge of technical termsAcquire familiarity with the market.
