Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the manufacturing sector, specifically in packaging solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the steel can manufacturing sector.

Identify and engage potential clients, conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer specifications are met.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging.

Strong knowledge of steel can manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
