Job Title: Experienced Body Technician – Collision Repair
Location: Mount Joy, PA

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional collision repair experience, be I-CAR certified (or willing to obtain certification), and possess strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality collision repairs, including structural and body work; refinishing experience a plus.
Accurately diagnose vehicle damage and work with the shop manager to create supplemental repair plans.
Use frame machines, welding equipment, and other collision repair tools.
Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other technicians.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of collision repair experience (frame, structural, and body work).
I-CAR certification preferred (will consider candidates with equivalent training/experience).
Strong welding and panel replacement skills.
Knowledge of OEM procedures and industry safety standards.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
