1+ years for residential/resimercial

Helpers - Some knowledge or experience would be preferred but not necessary if you have construction experience.
Local (Lancaster) family owned Mechanical/Electrical contractor seeks key individual/s to join our team due to ongoing growth! We specialize in prompt and courteous service with special care given to quality workmanship. We are looking for team members who are positive, enthusiastic, honest and courteous. Must take pride in your work. All work is local to Lancaster County, very little travel. WE MAKE WORK FUN!
Job requirements:
1. Must be able to legally drive. Company vehicle provided to right individuals.
2. Must abide by job site safety requirements at all times.
3. Must be familiar with current National Electric Code and changes in code requirements.
4. Must be able to climb ladders, scaffold and operate lifts to perform work at higher elevations.
5. Must be able to wear a tool belt.
6. Must be able to lift 30lb. objects. (fixtures, equipment, sacrete, etc)
7. Must be able to organize a job from start to finish including supplies, labor and schedule.
8. Must be able to keep accurate notes and record keeping of time and materials used on jobs.
9. Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.
10. Must be able to be prompt and on time.normal work day 7:00am - 3:30pm, overtime usually available, but not required
Expectation:
1. To show up at shop, work site, or appointments in a timely fashion.
2. To maintain a clean work site, van and leave a customers residence as if we where never there.
3. Workmanship must be neat and clean leaving piping plumb and level, boxes plumb and wires stapled adequately with an appearance of order and care.
4. To report any accidents to management and work site management as soon as possible.
5. To encourage an atmosphere of teamwork with fellow employees and contractors or sub-contractors to make for a smooth job.
6. To report to customers the progress of the job and when we plan to return if necessary.
7. To be self motivated to be educated on new wiring methods and products.
8. To assist management in ordering materials for stock or for a job.
