SM Johns & Son Construction is seeking a dedicated Concrete Foreman / equipment operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of a 1-2 man crew. The projects will include Commercial and residential work involving patios, sidewalks, footers, small slabs, H/C ramps and include dig-out, stone prep, form, pour/finish, backfill. This position will require attention to detail. 3+ years verifiable experience is required to be called for an interview.
Work is local.
Responsibilities

- Form / pour / finish / backfill
- Perform quality control checks on finished work
- Follow project schedules
Requirements
- Must be experienced operator of mini hoe and skid loader
- 3+ years concrete finishing experience
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, alcohol screening, background checks (for school projects)
- Current driver's license is needed
