Responsibilities:
- Maintain company facilities - including bathrooms, lunchrooms and conference rooms
- Oversee the supply warehouse, small equipment shop and the yard
- Communicate facility needs with the Facility and Materials Manager
- Provide field employees with necessary supplies and equipment in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintain records for the locations of small trailers and equipment
- Perform repairs of small equipment and tools promptly and efficiently
- Prompt and accurate in inventory, customer orders/billings and other paperwork
- Coordinate job material in the lower yard areas
Experience & Qualifications:
- Required: Valid Driver’s License
- Preferred: CDL License
- Required: Knowledge of excavation and paving industry
- Preferred: Two years’ experience in small equipment repair and facility maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanical operations and repairs of company facilities (Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
