We are looking for full time solar installers with roofing experience, but we are willing to train someone who has a strong aptitude.
The right candidate for this job will have:
- Ability to regularly work on steep roofs safely.
- Can work with little to no supervision and get jobs done on time and with a high level of workmanship.
- Able to concentrate on job tasks and not be distracted by cell phone.
- Pass drug test.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours.
- Effective communication with coworkers and employees.
Responsibilities:
-Be on Time, plan on 8-10 hour shifts Monday through Friday.
-Use Safety equipment and use best safety practices.
-Job preparation and inventory check.
-Installation of mounting equipment/structure and solar panels.
-Communicate technical details to team members effectively and provide professional appearance to our customers.
-Daily reporting to project manager.
Minimum Experience:
-Construction: 2 years (Required)
-Education: Highschool Diploma (Required)
