Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Practice Manager II to join our OBGYN Team!Shift: Full-time, daysThe Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic practices, including employee scheduling, billing and collections, and adhering to applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
Develop policies and procedures to ensure all services provided by MHA and Hospitalist physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants are billed accurately and on a timely basis.
Seeks creative problem solving to develop suitable situations for all parties involved.
Determine appropriate staffing levels to complete required tasks. Establishes a staff work schedule for each month in advance.
Supervises Billing Manager in the performance of their duties.
Establishes and maintains cooperative and productive relationships with all offices and external contacts and collaborates as necessary.
Works closely with Operations managers and completes all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
5+ year of previous Supervisory experience in a Physician's office
