As a Food Service Manager you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.What you'll be doing:

Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.

Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.

Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.

Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

What we're looking for:Must-haves:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.

At least two years’ foodservice experience.

Proven track record of financial responsibility.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves:

ServSafe Manager certification.

Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
