Create code-compliant drawings from conceptualization to finished product including production floor plans, full kitchen and bath cabinetry layouts, all framing, roof, walls, electrical, and DMV, water supply and gas lines schematics.
HUD, Modular, and Commercial construction packages for various customers in the Northeast.
Cooperate and collaborate with operations, sales, and quality assurance departments.
Work closely with local and third-party inspectors to ensure compliance with building standards.
Job Qualifications:
Effectively communicate with all personnel and management within an organization
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task with distractions in an active office work environment
Working knowledge of the following building codes: HUD Federal Construction Code 3280, International Residential Code, National Electrical Code, International Plumbing Code and Gas line layouts.
