Oversees the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of the physical environment at an Independent Living & Personal Care areas of the Senior Care Community.Responsible for overseeing housekeeping, laundry services, and transportation services. Ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, and equipment are properly maintained, in compliance with regulatory standard.Ensures a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for residents, staff, and visitors.Develops and manages the facilities department budget, ensuring cost-effective practices in purchasing, staffing, and energy use.Liaise with and manage external contractors and service providers.Other duties as assigned.
