Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Current Auto Insurance
Reliable Vehicle
Diploma/GED
Three (3) years experience and knowledge in direct care positions working with peoplewith physically disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or the elderly.
Ability to pass all required background checks
Duties include but not limited to:
Successful training and on-the-job orientation of newdirect care staff
Successful continuing education training for existingdirect care staff
Communicate problems/concerns to supervisor in timely manner
Assist in identifying specific training needs of direct care staff
Participate in the development of training items
Log and document training efforts as required
Serve as a point-of-contact with newdirect care staff to orient the employee and ease their transition to CRI and personal care
Complete reports to administrative staff as required
Perform on call duties as scheduled
Perform attendant care duties in a safe and conscientious manner
