Oversee hiring, credentialing, and filing processes to meet regulatory standards. Work independently on problem-solving and assist with special projects.What you will do:
Offer administrative support to streamline operations, enhance communication, and solve daily issues.
Coordinate hiring, credentialing, and filing to ensure compliance.
Manage calendars, compile data, and create charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.
Prepare complex reports, presentation materials, and informational packets.
Provide backup coverage for other administrative roles.
Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and event planning.
Maintain and update transportation schedules.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
One (1) year of customer service experience serving as the first point of contact via email/phone/in person strongly preferred.
Experience in data entry and scheduling preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required. Strong Excel skills are critical to success in the position.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to adapt to change, manage and be flexible with work priorities, and pay attention to detail.
