Description We are offering a contract for a Desktop Support Analyst position based in MALVERN, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be expected to provide comprehensive technical support, handle user queries, and manage customer applications. This position will require a strong understanding of Apple devices, iOS, and JAMF Casper Suite, along with an ability to quickly generate reports and maintain procedure manuals. Maintain and update customer records with precision. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any technical issues. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required. Write reports and business correspondence in a timely manner. Provide guidance to users by developing and updating procedure manuals. Demonstrate a strong understanding and familiarity with JAMF Casper Suite. Leverage iOS experience to support and troubleshoot Apple devices. Utilize foundational knowledge in Mac OS in daily operations.
