This position focuses on performing and documenting routine and non-routine biochemical characterization analyses of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development, with emphasis on primary structure studies using LC and LC/MS-based analytical methods. The scientist will support sample preparation, data collection, analysis, and reporting in accordance with departmental requirements, maintain detailed documentation of assay development and qualification activities, and contribute to reliable laboratory execution through organized recordkeeping, basic instrument upkeep, and adherence to applicable procedures.Perform routine and non-routine biochemical characterization analyses of monoclonal antibodies to support pharmaceutical development activities, including peptide mapping, oligosaccharide mapping, and related routine methods.Prepare, handle, and distribute samples for primary structure studies in accordance with established laboratory procedures and study requirements.Collect, analyze, interpret, and report analytical data in alignment with departmental standards and project expectations.Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of assay development, qualification, sample preparation, and data analysis activities.All work is conducted in a biosafety level 1, 2, or 2+ laboratory environment. Hazardous materials and samples are handled with appropriate PPE, standard laboratory safety practices, and proper laboratory safety systems in place.
