Be the primary contributor to the development and compilation of compliant, compelling proposals for U.S. public sector customers. In concert with Cerebra's technical subject matter experts and project teams, describe solutions to prospective customers' requirements, and help lead the proposal content development and compilation efforts. Perform background research on prospective opportunities/target agencies to garner key insights, including potential blockers, competitors or partners, customer challenges and Cerebra's strength/weaknesses with respect to the target opportunity. Act independently to establish or select predetermined approaches to optimally address RFP requirements gleaned from the response criteria and Performance Work Statements (PWSs). Stay abreast of key updates and changes in the U.S. federal IT market. Assist with the firm's knowledge management initiative; namely, organizing company intellectual property comprised of already-documented technical approaches, capability statements and past performance narratives.
