Position Title: Service Delivery Manager
Work Location: Malvern Area, Must be on site 1-2 days per week

Responsibilities: An important part of this role is the development and management of customer relationships. You will develop a clear understanding of customer issues and priorities. You will represent the company to the customer and the customer to company and deal with all operational issues, and customer liaisons. You will gain a good understanding of all the major pieces of work the company is doing for them at any one time, and over time, will be able to anticipate their needs and manage their expectations. Reporting of all key issues of the service programming and highlighting any risks before they impact on team performance or the customer relationship. Work closely with members of the account management, development, and live services teams to ensure a seamless transfer of information.
