An e-learning SaaS company in Malvern, PA is embracing UX with the beginning of their small team, but they're looking to grow by one more instrumental player before truly expanding and taking off.

The team now is a Director, who works hands on, two designers in the Netherlands, and they're looking for a senior Designer to join them as they not only pivot from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, but as they optimize the UX of their six client facing e-learning products. Working here you'll be helping to implement design systems, overseeing interviews, executing journey maps & user personas to help guide the UX process of this team. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years of UI/UX Experience
• Strong understanding of UX Principles
• A Bachelor's or master's in human computer Interaction
• Ability to oversee the entire UX process
• Experience guiding and executing user interviews and surveys
• A robust portfolio sampling your UX experiences, with case studies, user personas, and in-depth explanation of your process
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, or the Adobe Creative Suite/XD
• Experience working across web/mobile/development teams is a plus!
• Good client interaction/negotiation skills
• Understands the nuances of designs for different platforms

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% Hands On
• 10% Mentorship Duties
• 40% Team Collaboration

The Offer

• Competitive Pay: Up to $75/hour, DOE
