Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of delicious pizzas, appetizers, and entrees according to our signature recipes and high-quality standards
- Assist in menu development and contribute innovative ideas for new dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts
- Work closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or pizzeria/bar environment
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for food
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
