Scope of Work:
1. HVAC maintenance & tune-up
2. Patch and paint kitchen ceiling (small area)
3. Install or replace a simple bathroom vanity
4. Basic bathroom cleaning (if needed)
5. Review ceiling fan + install if needed
6. Light interior paint touch-ups
7. Yard cleanup: bush removal, lawn mowing, basic landscaping
8. Final sweep + clean for showing prep
